General provisions

1. The organiser of the ‘Baby blanket -50%’ Promotion is ANZA Andrzej Zaborowski, Nowa 16/18 Street, 90-031 Lodz,

2. The Promotion is limited to the internet shop located at www.furdeko.pl,

3. The Promotion lasts from 5.02.2018 r. for cancellation.

Terms and conditions of the Promotion

1. Each retail customer, who will purchase at least one product - baby blanket from the e-shop www.furdeko.pl while the Promotion is in force, is entitled to a 50% discount from the product price.

2. The 50% discount applied within the Promotion is calculated basing on the current gross price of the product visible in the e-shop at www.furdeko.pl.

3. The Promotion is applied to baby blanket visible in the e-shop at www.furdeko.pl http://furdeko.pl/eng_m_BABY-BLANKETS-159.html.

4. To all products bought within the Promotion the Terms and Conditions of the Shop are applied.

5. Each Customer participating in the Promotion states that they have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions. Participating in the Promotion equalls accepting the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion.

6. The Terms and Conditions of the Promotion are available on the website www.furdeko.pl.

Final provisions

1. Participating in the Promotion means that the Customer accepts the terms laid out in the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion.

2. To issues not regulated by the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion, appropriate provisions of the Civil Code shall be applied. If any problems resulting from the Promotion shall appear, they will be settled by the Common Court of Law.

3. The Organiser reserves the right to change the provisions of the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion due to occurances such as technical- organisation issues. Each change of the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion shall be announced at the website www.furdeko.pl.
